Mr. Forman has spent the past 16 years working in investment banking, specifically in roles in international equities for JPMorgan and UBS both in Australia and the United States, where he served as executive director. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce with Honors in accounting and finance from the University of Western Australia and is a CFA charter holder.

CAO: Andre Klupsch
Mr. Klupsch completed his studies of law, with an emphasis on business law, at the university in Osnabrück. During his legal traineeship he was working for one of the leading Australian law firms, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, in Perth, where he could establish an initial connection to the mining business. In addition to it, Mr. Klupsch is a supervisory board member of various medium-sized companies and served as a legal advisor for a stock exchange listed, medium-sized company in the past.

Mr. Stuefe has been active in capital markets since 1985 specializing in emerging markets and value stocks. In Frankfurt he served as executive director of the representative office of a Spanish Bank (Grupo March) and as head of the Deutsche Bank International Equity Origination team, until he founded his own asset management company in 1995. After studying in the USA, Italy, Spain and Germany he finished his academic career at Mannheim University (Germany's Nr. One Business School) with the business degree Diplom-Kaufmann.
