Tantalus Rare Earths AG through its 100 % subsidiary Tantalum Holding Ltd. (Mauritius) holds 100 % in Tantalum Rare Earth SARL (Madagascar). The Malagasy company holds the exploration license, which is valid until 2013 and renewable two times until 2023.
